No bottled water is provided on the coach. We advise travellers to bring a reusable water bottle with them to take advantage of the excellent tap water quality.

All travellers are booked with the Pure Package at the Sky Lagoon.

Travellers who are concerned about the long hours of daylight are recommended to pack eye masks.

Although crampons are recommended in certain outdoor areas, they are prohibited in all closed spaces (hotels, restaurants, buses, museums, etc.).

With the included Sky Lagoon Pure Pass, travellers get to enjoy admission, public changing facilities, a towel, and the Lagoon's 7-step Ritual: Lagoon, Cold Pool, Sauna, Cold Mist, Sky Scrub, Steam Room, and Shower.

Yes. Soaps and hair dryers are available at the Sky Lagoon.

Travellers will be provided with water resistant overalls and rain jackets if needed. Hats, scarves, and gloves are recommended.

One checked bag is included. Travellers are responsible for additional bags and overweight charges.

In Kakslauttanen, luggage will be transferred by the resort between all accommodation.

Yes. At the Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, there is also Deluxe category that travellers can upgrade to. In the Deluxe category, travellers sleep in the Kelo Log Cabin for 3 nights. This room features a glass dome.
