A year under CEO Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, Collette celebrates its 107th season of travel with more than 10 new journeys to destinations in North America, South America, Europe and Africa. These journeys signify the growth that Collette has seen over the past year. The company has expanded exponentially, as travel continues to surge post-pandemic.
“Our culture has always been very strong,” said Leibl-Cote, who took over as CEO from her father Dan Sullivan, who is now executive chairman. “It’s something that we’ve managed to keep intact while we have continued our rapid growth. The team still feels like a family even as we bring in more members.”
