Summer: Summer is one of the most popular times for tourists to visit the UK, with June and July being particularly lively months. Fall: Experience the beautiful change of colours as the leaves turn to a golden hue — a photographer’s dream. Top attractions continue to be busy through September with pleasant weather for sightseeing. By mid-October, crowds have dwindled, making it an enjoyable time to explore top attractions. Autumn weather can dip into the upper 40s°F (9-10°C) at night and 60s°F (16-17°C) during the day. Fall evenings are cool and crisp, with dark setting in around 7 p.m. It's wise to pack a light rain jacket and layers, including a scarf and hat for cooler mornings or evenings.
