To Paolo, helping travellers experience the joy of travel whilst sharing his passion for his country is an honour. The perspective he wants to share? Italians are colourful, with lots of heart.

Sandra is Lisbon-born and passionate about travel. She's explored over 55 countries and proudly passed that love on to her two daughters. With over 20 years in the tourism industry, her true passion lies in tour design. Since 2022, she's led tour design at Collette for Portugal, Spain, France, and Morocco, focusing on crafting and continuously improving travel experiences that connect deeply with local cultures.

It was the best tour ever. The hotels, extra excursions, entertainment and tours were amazing… the local guides along with our tour guide were so knowledgeable and friendly. The Architecture, museums, caves, pasta factory, buffalo cheese factory, pizza making, wine, lemon orchard, olive oil factory were among the many things that impressed me- the dancers and singers we saw were fabulous… The group itself was a wonderful mixture of single and married people. I would encourage everyone to to take this tour!

The tour covers a lot of Scotland and provides a great overview of the country. If you want to spend a lot of time in one or 2 places, this is not the tour for you. Hard to pin down 1 favorite experience but the sheepdog demonstration on the sheep farm was amazing.

The Collette Discover Scotland tour met and exceeded its title. The 9 days were packed with variety, information, comeradery, and beauty. Amber (the tour leader) provided the exact amount of direction and made us feel a part of the Scotland spirit and history. Starting at Glasgow, we made a look all the way up the west to Orkney Island it the North and back to Edinburgh on the southeast. Each stop and activity contributed a piece of the entire puzzle and gave each of us a chance to make the trip personal. The practicality of Glasgow, beauty of Isle of Skye, majesty of the Highlands, adventure of Skara Brae, the Standing stones, the solemnity of Culloden, the excitement of Inverness, and the ethos of Edinburgh built a wonderful kaleidoscope of emotion, sound, and spirit. The lodgings also provided a variety of historic grandeur, practical necessity, and modern convenience. One of my personal best moment was roaming the mist during the early morning at Loch Linnhe ... but there were many other unforgettable and cherished times.

Collette once again provided a wonderfully designed tour experience. The tour guide and bus driver were excellent. The daily itineraries were perfect. We were a Catholic group and most special to me were the opportunities that we had to celebrate Mass in Assisi and in Padua. I wish to thank Collette for making those arrangements with the holy sites where we were able to have Mass together.

The tour along the west coast of Ireland and the sheep dog demonstration. The Cliffs of Moher was a beautiful area despite the fog and light rain.

Was a fabulous experience Cathy Boufforfd was our travel agent. She is professional, courteous, connected and informed. Alberto Pecorai was our tour manager and Alb was amazing. He loves Italy, and specifically Tuscany. He was full of knowledge and interesting facts. He’s also very personable.

An awesome experience. Your manager and local guides were very knowledgeable. You get a taste of each city you visit. From Ancient Rome to the Vatican, the history, architecture, and churches are breathtaking. From Rome to Assisi. Views are picturesque. Small town charm. Moving to Florence and the Duomo. Awe inspiring! A ride through Tuscany on the way to Venice. A stop at a winery for a Tuscan chef cooking class and lunch. Delicious! Venice the city of canals. Get yourself lost over the bridges and backstreets. Final stop…Lake Como. Views of the Alps….picture postcard! A bucket list trip. Can’t wait to go back!

Our tour was fabulous! Collette takes the hassles out of traveling; all you have to do is show up and enjoy! Our hotels were all very beautiful and comfortable; the meals that were provided were delicious, and the bus transportation was comfortable and enjoyable... but it was our guide, Massimo Galasso, that truly made the trip one we will never forget! Massimo was very knowlegable about the country and encouraged questions and conversation. He taught us to speak some Italian (the basics), we sang songs in Italian, and we learned about the beautiful country. If anyone had any kind of problem, he found a solution. He made the long bus rides a lot of fun and the time pass quickly.

The entire thing is fabulous, I cannot recommend enough~I am in utter awe over all of the things we were able to pack into this trip. Thanks to the careful precision of Colette planning out most every moment yet also allowing enough free timme to explore independently. I've never taken a guided tour before and we could have never done all of these things on our own. It was amazing

Italian Vistas tour gave us a wonderful look at top spots in this beautiful country. We saw the incredible Roman structures in Rome, the beauty of Sorrento and the Island of Capri, the Venetian lagoon, the beauty and art of Florence and the wonderful lake are in Lago Maggiore. To see this required some long bus rides (the longest about 4-5 hours with rest stops), but it was worth it to see these cities/countryside. We loved this tour!

Great tour. Highlights were the caves of the Algarve. Lunch on top of the mountain. The great lunch at the winery. The visit to the fish market. The food n wine. Overall a great trip!

We saw so many sites on this tour, but my favorite was standing at the Cliffs of Moher and looking out at the Atlantic Ocean.
