Sandra is Lisbon-born and passionate about travel. She's explored over 55 countries and proudly passed that love on to her two daughters. With over 20 years in the tourism industry, her true passion lies in tour design. Since 2022, she's led tour design at Collette for Portugal, Spain, France, and Morocco, focusing on crafting and continuously improving travel experiences that connect deeply with local cultures.

Hotels were great...just that traveling with a senior group...a couple hotels were tub bathrooms and not walk in. The group tour guide Tom and hotel mgmt. Worked together to get a few that most importantly needed a walk in handicap access bathroom. The whole trip was exceptional and I really enjoyed dinner and the show at the first castle and dinner & overnight stay at the second!! Also enjoyed the one day tour on & off the bus, throughout the beautiful country side and stops in the small villages!! I would definitely love to do another Collette tour at any future European country visit.

The tour was seamless fun with a great group of travelers and an outstanding tour leader who was relatable, caring and knowledgeable. It is hard to choose a favorite city, event or hotel or meal because they were all excellent. This is my second trip with Collette and it exceeded the first 4 day trip to NYC! The attention to every small detail makes an inexperienced traveler feel safe and secure. The meals were all delicious. The Roast in London was the most beautiful restaurant I have eaten in. In addition the Scottish variety show was stellar as were all the other tour’s entertainment. The hotels had the best beds I ever slept in. I also discovered that the extension to Paris is fine for well traveled people comfortable in large cities and traveling on their own. Also that by that time I was really exhausted. Still the lack of a guide and transportation around town was disappointing. I still enjoyed it and hope to visit there again!

This tour provided an excellent overview of Ireland- culturally, geographically and socially. It was informative, and very enjoyable. Out tour guide Sean was very knowledgeable, personable, and exercised just enough authority to keep us on schedule while not being too bossy. I highly recommend this tour, especially if Sean is the tour guide.

Perfect for those who want to have one hotel location and to see a focused vacation in Paris. Trips to the Palace of Versailles and Monet’s Giverny provided experiences outside the city. This tour included major highlights and left free exploration time to allow everyone to see what they wanted. Our guide made sure we were comfortable using the metro and trains to help independently navigate around the city. Included meals were wonderful and the dinner on the river cruise and in the Eiffel Tower were very special. The Parisians were very welcoming and friendly.

Everyday was a wonderful experience. If I had to pick 1 most memorable it would be the Algarve coastal cruise. Joao was such an amazing tour manager, from his knowledge of each area we visited, to recommendations for the best gelato, to his surprises, wit & humor.

The tour called organized activities as we as free time to explore on our own. Sean is an outstanding tour manager who communicates frequently and clearly so we always knew what was coming up and the timing of it. He also provided excellent insights into the various cultural aspects of Ireland.

Sean Buckley was absolutely the best part of our tour. Keeping us informed and entertained the way thru. Our trip to Malzards pub was so much fun as was the distillery. The Giants Causeway-amazing. The history in our city tours was fascinating. We had a lovely time.
