Twenty years ago, Paolo N. decided he needed a change in his life and career. And he's been a Tour Manager ever since. To Paolo, helping travellers experience the joy of travel while sharing his passion for his country is an honour. The perspective he wants to share? Italians are colourful, with lots of heart.
Tour Design Manager
Sandra is Lisbon-born and passionate about travel. She's explored over 55 countries and proudly passed that love on to her two daughters. With over 20 years in the tourism industry, her true passion lies in tour design. Since 2022, she's led tour design at Collette for Portugal, Spain, France, and Morocco, focusing on crafting and continuously improving travel experiences that connect deeply with local cultures.

It was an amazing experience but most important it was a very spiritual experience especially having been blessed with our parish priest who provided us with daily mass. Even had occasions for a rosary and some fun.

Our tour manager Benedikt was the perfect combination of knowledge and personality and made our time on the motor coach so enjoyable! The hotels, excursions and pacing were excellent. We enjoyed our free time and felt safe wandering Bern and Innsbruck. We also enjoyed meeting new friends at breakfast, the group lunches/dinners as well as evenings in the hotel lobbies/bars.

The whole tour was terrific and the group was fun and friendly but having Jacopo Surico as our tour manager made the trip the most memorable. His knowledge of history, organizational skills, wit and humor were exceptional! Enjoyed all the fabulous places that we toured and all the recommended restaurants in our free time during the tour. The entire trip was quite memorable , conveniently laid out and guided throughout so as to make for a seamless experience.

Everything was great from start to finish. I seriously cannot find anything wrong with this tour. Our tour guide throughout and our individual tour guides were terrific. I think I got spoiled for any other Collette tour that I take. If I had one negative I would say that the Radisson red in Berlin was a very tiny hotel, but very nice. I thought the hotel in Budapest probably was the most rude staff and not very accommodating. But the hotel room was fine The side tours were great. The activities were great.

From start to finish this was an amazing tour. Our Tour Manager and Driver were absolutely fantastic. The hotel in Loen was definitely a standout, and offered one of the best included breakfasts/dinners I have ever had on a tour. Pacing was fantastic and we never felt rushed nor did we feel there wasn't enough downtime. Our local guides in Oslo and Bergen were second to none!!!! I can't recommend this tour enough.

The rosalinda was fabulous. Her knowledge of history, geography, culture, folklore, government was great. Friendly, helpful, fun. A little worried our next tour guide could measure up.

Bus tour of Switzerland. Up into the mountains visiting villages. Our tour manager, Martin was outstanding! Would hope to have him again.

I loved Portugal. I love the trip. I love all beautiful scenery the flowers the way people lived. All the people were friendly. It was an amazing trip and the best thing of the trip was our director Diana. She was so caring and she knew a lot about the area. She was so informative. She was always friendly and happy and tried to make sure everyone was having a good time. She was fantastic.

The history, the food--it was all outstanding. Ersin was so knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Balloon ride at Cappadocia was one of many highlights!

Great tour of Sunny Portugal- the accommodations were top notch, the tour guide was organized and knowledgeable, and the motor bus was comfortable. I loved the hotel in Cascais!

Fantastic overall tour. Got to see a lot of the country and experience a lot of the culture. If this is your first time to Ireland I think this is the tour for you. Take the optional excursions to maximize the experience. Lots of great food, drink, and dance awaits! The Guinness and Irish coffee are delicious. You won’t get to see everything because the tour is packed with adventure but what you see you will remember. Northern Ireland is especially interesting for history buffs.

The tour of Türkiye was an excellent tour all around. The itinerary from visiting the ancient ruins, the different cities, watching an ancient religious ritual such as the Whirling Dervishes were fabulous. Collette even immersed you in the food of the area. I absolutely loved having lunch at a traditional Turkish family farm. What a lovely experience. Of course, the most memorable is the hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. Our tour guide Ersen was beyond excellent his knowledge and passion for his country overflow not only to me but for our group.

It is hard to even describe the beauty of the Alpine region. My pictures can't even do it justice. I loved the charm of Bern, Lucerne and Innsbruck. The optional tours to Mount Pilatus and Seefeld were great additions. When I came home, I had to watch The Sound of Music again!
