Sandra is Lisbon-born and passionate about travel. She's explored over 55 countries and proudly passed that love on to her two daughters. With over 20 years in the tourism industry, her true passion lies in tour design. Since 2022, she's led tour design at Collette for Portugal, Spain, France, and Morocco, focusing on crafting and continuously improving travel experiences that connect deeply with local cultures.

Venice was amazing, so much history, beauty, and activity. We also were awestruck by the scenery and cable car ride to the top of the mountain in Cortina.

Davide was wonderful and Julio our bus driver was very professional. Seeing the sites was great especially all the churches. This is my 3rd Collette tour and I would love to do another.

All the tour was good, but… The only black spot was flying back home from Florence-Amsterdam. The layover in Amsterdam too short only 1 hour and 10 minutes. We lost our connecting DELTA flight Amsterdam-Boston because our KLM flight Florence-Amsterdam was behind schedule 1 hour. We got Boston on Thursday night, April 23, 2026 after taking a KLM flight Amsterdam-Dublin and then an Aer Lingus flight Dublin-Boston. My luggage was left behind. After contacting Aer Lingus people on the phone I got my luggage on Sunday morning, April 26, 2026. Quite an adventure.

It was the first time I have used a tour operator for my vacation. Collette provided an outstanding service. For someone who is not used to staying at 4-star and 5-star hotels, all the hotels I stayed at were excellent. Gail did an outstanding job as the tour manager. As I have a severe to a profound hearing loss, I was able to understand her word for word. As I provided my own headphones during the walking tours, she spoke so very clearly. Yes, I do wear hearing aids. I enjoyed the places that we visited and the friends that I made. I thought that visiting Paris made my trip complete. I hope to visit Finland late next year to see the Northern Lights, and use Collette Tours to book it with. Thanks to Collette Tours for a grand adventure.

You won't be sorry booking a tour with Collette. Our tour guide was excellent. She was well organized and I truly valued her expertise. The trip was educational and fun. Between ascending Mt. Pilatus, a gondola ride in Venice, and the Vatican, I could not pick a favorite. I loved meeting so many wonderful people. It was the trip of a lifetime for me!

The Swiss trains and the beautiful Italian Lago Maggiore were the main reasons for my trip. The Matterhorn must be enjoyed up close and in person. But I also enjoyed the cultural aspects as well like the family-owned cheese farm. The alphorn concert and the military band in Zermatt were unexpected delights. The impromptu roadside wine and cheese picnic with photo op was fun. The dinner of tastings on Isola dei Pescatori was absolutely scrumptious! Every dish that the chef chose and prepared was wonderful! A shout out to our wonderful, witty tour guide, Vili (and our very skillful driver, Danilo)! This trip did not disappoint!!
