When you introduce someone new to Collette, you’ll receive an ambassador credit* towards your next journey — and your friend will enjoy an exclusive referral credit* on their first Collette trip. And the best part? There’s no limit to how much you can earn.

The Details

Collette past traveller (ambassador):

  • Receives a $150 Collette travel credit as a thank you
  • Credit is available once the referred traveller has paid in full and departed
  • No limits — refer 10 friends, earn $1,500; refer 20, earn $3,000

New-to-Collette traveller (referred traveller):

  • Receives a $150 travel credit on their first booking with Collette
  • Must be brand‑new to Collette (never travelled, booked, or cancelled previously)

Eligibility

The Collette Referral Program is open to Collette past guests aged 18+. Travel Agents, Collette employees, and affiliated contractors are not eligible. A “New Collette Traveller” must be a new customer who has never previously travelled on a Collette tour.

Past Traveller Credit

Past Collette guests will receive $150 AUD travel credit for each eligible Referee who books, fully pays for, and completes their first Collette tour. Credits are issued per new traveller and are unlimited. Credits are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits may be combined with Collette promotions unless otherwise stated.

Example: Past Traveller refers one couple – Past Traveller earns $300 travel credits and New Travellers $150 credit each.

NEW Collette Travellers Credit

Eligible new Collette travellers will receive a $150 AUD Collette travel credit to use towards their first Collette tour. Referee Credit applies once per new traveller. Credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, and may only be used on future Collette travel.

Restrictions

Credits are valid only on Collette guided tours sold in Australia. Credits cannot be used for deposits, airfare, extensions, optional excursions, insurance, taxes, fees, or ancillary products. Credits are not valid on group allocations or special group bookings. One referral may be applied per booking. All discounts and credits are applied sequentially, with fixed value credits applied first.

Administration

Collette may verify eligibility, refuse invalid referrals, or amend or withdraw the program at any time without notice.
